All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Product images on our website are representative. Due to the handcrafted nature of our furniture and the use of natural materials, slight variations in colour, grain, and texture are inherent and part of each piece's character.

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice; however, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of order for catalogue pieces. Custom commissions may require a deposit, with the balance due prior to delivery.

We currently deliver within the UAE and to select GCC countries. Delivery timelines vary depending on the item and your location:

• Catalogue pieces — typically delivered within 2–4 weeks
• Custom orders — production timelines are communicated upon order confirmation, generally 6–12 weeks
• GCC shipping — additional shipping fees and timelines apply for deliveries outside the UAE

We will notify you of estimated delivery dates and any delays. White glove delivery is available for select items within Dubai.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, the following policies apply:

• Catalogue items — may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Custom orders — are made to your specifications and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable. Please ensure all details are confirmed before production begins.
• Damaged items — if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please email hello@serayastudio.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Custom commissions are a collaborative process. Once design details, materials, and dimensions are agreed upon and the deposit is paid, production begins. Changes to specifications after production has started may incur additional fees or extend the timeline.

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. The deposit is non-refundable after the design has been finalized.
